- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare two heart-shaped cake pans by greasing and flouring them.

- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then mix in the powdered sugar.
- Frost the top of one layer, then stack the second layer on top.
- Finish by frosting the top and sides of the entire cake.
